Routine has become the most effective way to keep my mental health in a great space.
Knowing what's coming next on my to-do list keeps the confusion down, allows me to maximize my time, gives me space to prioritize all the things I have to do.
If I had to choose one thing that has helped my in my routine this week, it's my daily Stress Relief Workouts.
I really mean that.
I had been on such a strict workout routine since before the start of the pandemic, and somewhere down the line, I became inconsistent with my workouts, which in turn made my emotions inconsistent.
I had to remember that this is a journey and to just get back on it where I left off, and that's exactly what I did.
This week has been amazing to say the least.
I feel in control of my responses to things I had short patience for, I'm loving on my kids more because I'm not overstimulated at the end of the day, and overall I just feel mentally lighter.
