LIMITED MANUFACTURE WARRANTY
The Limited Warranty covers any of the following items that are reflected in your proof of purchase via confirmation email or receipt:
1. Muscle Up Mommy device(s) ("Wearable Breast Pumps");
2. All replacement pump parts including flanges, diaphragms, duckbills, chargers and sizing inserts ("Pump Accessories");
Limited Warranty Coverage. This limited manufacture warranty warranties your motor to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for up to 12-months from your date of purchase, and your pump parts/accessories for up to 30-days from your date of purchase.
*This limited manufacture warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental spills, drops, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, motor tampering, or connection to an improper power supply. Such activities will result in VOIDING the manufacture warranty.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
If you encounter any issues/concerns within your limited warranty protection period of 12-months of your purchase date, contact our aftersales support team at customersupport@muscleupmommy.com and we will be happy to troubleshoot your item with you by consulting the user manual.
In the unlikely event of a failure of the product, we will arrange for your Muscle Up Mommy J35 breast pump motor to be inspected/serviced, at no additional cost to you, to be sure you are eligible for warranty replacement.
Seeking Remedies. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY. NEITHER ANY PERFORMANCE NOR ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, STATEMENT OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY US OR ANY OF OUR SUPPLIERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, WILL CREATE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OR DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY.

EXTENDED PROTECTION
Getting the most out of your pump is a priority for us.
Because we understand life happens, we offer extended protection outside the scope of the limited manufacture warranty.
Extended protection grants you coverage for your J35 wearable breast pump for 12-months from your purchase date. This extended protection plan grants you worry-free coverage for your pump motor against any accidental spills, drops, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, etc.
Extended protection plans do not provide coverage for replacement parts or accessories.
*Shipping cost is included in the protection plan for US residents. Additional shipping cost may vary for international customers.

Common Questions
The Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser of Warranted Products. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable, so it does not cover any subsequent or other owner, transferee or beneficiary.
Muscle Up Mommy J35 pumps are covered by limited manufacture warranty. This coverage warranties that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
1. Pump motors are warrantied for 12-months from the date of purchase for each pump;
2. Pump parts and accessories are warrantied for 4-weeks (30 days) from the date of purchase for each pump.

Extended protection plans are designed to cover you beyond the limited manufacture warranty for conditions outside the original condition of the pump.
This includes but not limited to pumps that have been subject to accident, mishandling, damage, misuse, neglect or alteration, unusual physical or electrical stress, normal wear and tear, or improper or unauthorized testing or repair; etc.
Extended protection plans must be purchased within 10-days of your pump's original date of purchase to qualify for coverage.
