SHIPPING POLICY


This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the website Muscleupmommy.com, Muscle Up Mommy, Inc mobile applications, and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the "Site").

  • Shipping speed is selected at checkout by customer. Please note, processing times are not included in shipping speed and is subject to change via postal carrier.
  • Processing window for in-stock items is currently 1-3 business days and could be subject to change without notice, at any time, due to increased volumes.
  • Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, including undeliverable, refused and unaccepted packages.
  • Should your order include a "delivered by" date for any pre-ordered items, please note in-stock items will be shipped ahead and pre-ordered items will be shipped separately once in-stock, unless otherwise notated.
  • Please note that "delivered by" dates are estimated delivery dates and cannot be guaranteed, as there may be uncontrollable and/or unforseeable shipping delays caused within our third party carrier system.  Though extremely uncommon, shipping and handling fees for any delayed orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Any unauthorized returns/exchanges will be refused and returned to you. We do not offer any warranties or repairs.
  • For any misplaced, lost or damaged (or otherwise "un-delivered") packages by way of mail, air or land, items in your order may be replaced at the sole-discretion of Muscle Up Mommy, Inc, it's owner, affiliates, representatives, or other trained/licensed agents employed with our business after investigation is conducted. No credits or exchanges of any kind will be given for packages considered "un-delivered."

    Return & Exchange Policy 

    This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the website Muscleupmommy.com, Muscle Up Mommy, Inc mobile applications, and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the "Site").

    • We do not accept returns and all purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE (including but not limited to those made by cash, credit/debit, Square, and PayPal.)
    • Providing you with the best support on your journey is a priority to us, and for this reason, we offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure comfortable and accurate fit.
    • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, all eligible exchanges must be made within 7 days of your delivery date or they will not be accepted. *NO EXCEPTIONS
    • Your packing slip provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to exchange your merchandise by mail.
    • All eligible exchange items must be in it's original condition i.e. unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, including but not limited to, absolutely NO signs of sweat, dampness, oils, odor, glitter, stains, or other indicators that would suggest your item has been worn. All eligible exchanges must also be in it's original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt.
    • All exchanges will be fully inspected to ensure they have been unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Should item(s) not pass inspection, said item(s) will be refused for exchange and will be shipped back to the customer at buyer's expense. Should item(s) pass inspection, you will receive requested exchange item(s) by mail.
    • Please note that after a return or exchange is initiated, we cannot guarantee in-stock availability of the exact same item, and because of this, If we are out of stock of your original purchased item(s), buyer will be issued "delivered by" date and have prioritized processing and shipping once restocked, or purchase credit that can be used on the same exact item in a different color or for a different item of equal or lesser value.
    • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being exchanged and your request must be completed within 7 days of delivery date.
    • It is the customer's full responsibility to return any and all merchandise to our business for exchange or store credit.
    • It is the customer's full responsibility to cover associated shipping cost that is required to complete transaction, including round-trip postage from customer to Muscle Up Mommy, Inc and back to customer.
    • All returning/exchange items are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE 15% restocking fee, including but not limited to, items that have been inspected, refused and returned to customer.
    • Customer agrees to assume all responsibility (including financial) to complete authorized only exchange transaction with Muscle Up Mommy, Inc; www.muscleupmommy.com or any mobile applications pointing you to the "site."
    • Promotional codes, sales or discounts that are/become available during or after the time of your purchase will not be valid and your order cannot otherwise be modified once your order has been placed. No refunds, exchanges, store-credit or merchandise credit will be allowed. *NO EXCEPTIONS
    • Exchanges for eligible international orders are allowed within 21 days from the date of purchase or from the date the item was shipped if the purchase was made online. Must present the original receipt/invoice for all exchanges. All eligible exchanges will be fully inspected and approved at our descretion. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees to and from Muscle Up Mommy, Inc to complete transaction and must be processed before exchange process is initiated.

    How to Return or Exchange in 3 easy steps:
    1. Please include the following required information in an email to customersupport@muscleupmommy.com for Return/Exchange Authorization.
    • Company Name (if applicable)
    • Contact Name
    • E-mail Address
    • Order Date
    • MUM Order #
    • Product/Style # for exchange (returning  to us)
    • Quantity of Each Product/Style #
    • Product/Style # and size you'd like to receive for exchange
    • Reason for Return/Exchange

    2. Once email is received by customersupport@muscleupmommy.com and RA# is acquired, it is customer's responsibility to ship the items to Muscle Up Mommy, Inc within 7 days of RA# acquisition.

    3. Upon receiving your item(s) for exchange, after thorough inspection is complete, you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation of approved exchange initiation and instructions on next steps, if any.

    For Pick-Up Orders

    To improve your customer experience, please note the following instructions:
    • All Pick-up order times must be confirmed prior to arrival, by email or phone.
    • Failure to do so may result in delayed waiting times or pick-up reschedule.
    • Goverment issued I.D is required for pick-up and must match the name on the order form.
    • Signature on order pick-up is required to confirm completed transaction and satisfactory inspection of items upon departure.
    • All items signed out is considered "delivered" and no further action is needed.

    *By departing the pick-up premises, you certify that all item(s) in your order have been inspected and certified correct, matching your order form/receipt and NO exchanges, returns or purchase credit will be accepted/applied. *NO EXCEPTIONS

    Returns & Exchanges

    We do not accept returns unless submitted through Muscle Up Mommy® website for exchange. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE (including but not limited to those made by cash, credit/debit, Square, and PayPal.)

    Waist Trainers & Shapewear Products

    Properly fitting garments is a priority for us. If you find that you are unable to fit an item that is eligible for exchange, you may submit a request for return authorization, following the instructions listed here.

    We recommend reviewing our sizing guide and measuring your body to have the most accuracy on sizing. All sizing descriptions and measurements are listed on product pages as well. 

    No. Our FupaEraser and Full Torso Vests are not designed with sauna fabric / sweat technology. Though you can sweat through increased movements, they are suitable to wear while running errands or wearing outside of workouts.

    Our sweat belt is designed with our sauna / sweat inducing technology and our compression belt is not.

    Differences: 

    Sweat Belt: mainly used for active support, waist slimming and interval training. Has neoprene sweat technology built in.

    Compression Belt: is designed to support moms after child birth. Mainly used after C-section or vaginal delivery during recovery period.

    Similarities:

    • Both belts are designed to wear during postpartum.

    You can start wearing it immediately after you deliver, but please check with your healthcare provider prior to use, especially if you’ve had a C-section.

    We recommend wearing it no more than 6 hours a day for 8-12 weeks after birth to encourage abdominal recovery, proper posture and helping prevent back pain during breastfeeding.

    If it has been a few months since delivery and you're feeling more comfortable to begin belling binding, we recommend our FupaEraser or Full Torso Vest.

    We do not recommend wearing any waist trainer or belly binding garment while sleeping. This safe practice allows you to monitor if you grow uncomfortable or have shortness of breath to immediately stop use.

    Do not machine wash. We recommend spot cleaning by hand with soap and water. Lay garments out to air dry.

    Early Purchase Program

    Our Early Purchase Program (EPP) is designed to preorder extreme hot sellers so that you can secure your favorite items before they're restocked.

    Not all products are eligible under this special pre-order program.

    Delivered by dates are only listed on items that are available under the Early Purchase Program.

    If you do not see a "delivered by" date, the item is either in stock or sold out.

    In-stock items will be shipped ahead and pre-ordered items (marked with delivered-by" date will be shipped separately once in-stock, unless otherwise notated.
